Kent Hildebrandt

General Manager

Kent Hildebrandt serves as the General Manager of Metro Gymnastics, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in operations, team development, and customer-focused environments. He is passionate about building strong teams, creating positive experiences, and helping individuals grow both personally and professionally.

Kent also has a personal connection to the sport, having participated in gymnastics for over 10 years in his youth, including time at a competitive level. That experience gives him a deep appreciation for the discipline, confidence, and life skills gymnastics helps develop in young athletes.

Before joining Metro, Kent spent eight years with Oregon State University Dining Services, where he led large-scale operations, managed high-performing teams, and oversaw complex budgets in a fast-paced environment.

Kent is deeply committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for every child and family that walks through the doors. He believes in fostering a culture where staff feel valued, empowered, and inspired to make a meaningful impact.

Outside of work, Kent enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their daughter, Jade. He has a passion for cooking, outdoor adventures, and exploring the Pacific Northwest — whether hiking, camping, kayaking, or visiting the coast..
