What to Wear

• Please wear clothes for GYMNASTICS/ ACTIVE play.
• Activities are split between the gym and the camp/art room.
• For GIRLS: A leotard is perfect, if they do not have a leotard, a t-shirt/tank that can be tucked in with shorts/leggings are great too.
• FOR BOYS: A t-shirt that can be tucked in with shorts is great.

Groups/Event Activities

GROUPS

• Children will be divided into GROUPS based upon age/skill level.
• Requests may be made to be with siblings or friends, however, activities are planned to be age/skill appropriate.
• Requests should be reviewed and discussed with event staff.

EVENT ACTIVITIES

• Specific Event activities vary from event to event.

All Activities will be directly supervised and may include.

• Play on the swings, pits, inflatable and trampolines.
• Instruction on the gymnastics events including bars, beam, floor, vault and rings.
• Arts, Crafts, Educational Activities.

Membership Fee & Event Tuition

• $15 Spring/Summer MEMBERSHIP FEE is required if your school year ‘12—’13 membership is not current.
  

• FULL TUITION PAYMENT is due at time of Enrollment.
  

• FAMILY PRICE applies when enrolling 3 (or more) siblings from same family.
  

• NO REFUNDS GIVEN If you cancel a camp LESS than 48 hrs prior to the camp date your Metro account will be credited all but a $15 Family Cancelation fee.

ENROLLMENT STEPS

• PRE-ENROLLMENT is required for all Special Events.

• All enrollments are taken through the FRONT OFFICE.

STEP 1: If you have never attended a class, event, or hosted a birthday party you will need to fill out an ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM. (Current Clients proceed to Step 2)
STEP 2: Fill out EVENT ENROLLMENT FORM (if required).
STEP 3: Return the Event Enrollment Form to the FRONT OFFICE or:

• BRING-A-FRIEND BONUS Bring a NEW friend (non-member – first visit only) to camp and receive $5 off each child’s tuition.
  

• FREQUENT CAMP PACK Receive 10% off each total tuition, if enrolling in MULTIPLE weeks of SUMMER camp.
  

• SUMMER OF ADVENTURE Register for ALL four (4) weeks of SUMMER CAMP & you will receive a $50 CREDIT for a FUTURE CAMP/EVENT.

These camps are for the ‘serious gymnast.’ Our highly qualified staff works with your child to improve those specific skills needed to take their gymnastics to the next level. The week culminates in performance showcasing the skills practiced throughout the week.

Advanced Acceleration

• What: ADVANCED ACCELERATION is for the AMBITIOUS ATHLETE who wants to RISE ABOVE THE REST!!

• When: Mon/Tue/Wed - 3-4pm
  

• Cost: $10 per day

• Who: Rec Levels 2 and up

Our highly qualified Coaching Staff will COACH your ambitious athlete during this EXTENDED training time. Each day focuses on different events keeping athletes CHALLENGED!

• Events begin and end promptly at stated time.
• When you drop-off/pick-up please go to the Event Room to sign-in/sign-out.
• Always list any allergies, special pick-up instructions (ie. A nanny or grandparent picking up), and emergency contact on the sign-in/sign-out sheet.
  

• Extended Care may be available upon request for all day events for an additional fee.
  
• Pre-Enrollment is required for Extended Care.
  

• We provide healthy snacks at all of our events. We attempt to make accommodations for children with allergies if we are told ahead of time.
  
• For all day events, lunches must be brought from home.
  

• Yes, all event participants must be potty trained.
• For younger children, please send a change of clothes in case of an accident.
  

• All events may be subject to change based upon enrollment.
  
• In general, 10 kids are required to hold an event.
  
• If an event is cancelled, you will be notified and your Metro Account will be credited the full event tuition.
