Metro Gymnastics Classes
Metro Gymnastics Center offers gymnastics programs for all ages and levels of gymnastics skills. From preschool gymnastics to recreational and boy's team and girl's team gymnastics, we’ve got a program that will work for you and your children.
Mini Movers Preschool Gymnastics
Metro’s Mini Movers Preschool Gymnastics Program provides children 12 months old through Kindergarten an opportunity to explore age appropriate activities in a safe, fun, kid-oriented environment.
Recreational Gymnastics
Metro’s Recreational Gymnastics Program is offered for children ages 6 – 18 years old. Through Metro’s safe, fun, and progressive recreational gymnastics curriculum, gymnasts develop and continually improve their strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, confidence, and self-esteem.
Girl's Team Gymnastics
The philosophies and teachings within the Girl's Gymnastics Team program flow smoothly from those of all other Metro programs.
Boy's Team Gymnastics
The philosophies and teachings within the Boy's Gymnastics Team program flow smoothly from those of all other Metro programs.

Metro Gymnastics Center was founded in March of 1990. That month we started out with approximately 60 students. Today we have grown to more than 1100 students. Metro’s staff is carefully selected and continually improves their professionalism through education and certification programs.
