Schedules, Customer Portal, Registration Forms & Policies

To register your child for gymnastics classes, girls and boys team gymnastics programs, preschool programs, dance and special events, a completed online registration form is required. All Customers MUST set up their Customer Portal here. CLICK THE APPROPRIATE BUTTON BELOW. (See tab below for Portal set up tips.)

Tips for setting up and logging in...

1. The login/registration tool below works best on Safari, IE and Firefox browsers. If you use Google Chrome you will experience performance issue. Please use one of the browsers mentioned above for best results.

 

2. Ensure that your email address correct.

 

3. Add app.jackrabbitclass.com to list of secured sites from within your Browser.

 

4. Using IE9? If so, you may need to adjust Privacy Settings to prevent the Portal login from timing out. To fix the settings for IE9, go to Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > Advanced settings, and there, make sure both First Party and Third Party cookies are set to "Accept" and also that "Always allow session cookies" is checked.

UPDATED POLICIES FOR 2014 - ALL PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED TO LOG INTO THEIR PORTAL (SEE ORANGE AND BLUE "CLICK HERE" BOXES ABOVE), READ THE UPDATED POLICIES, AND RE-SIGN THE POLICY BOX.

Policy and Payment Information

  • There is an annual, non-refundable, Family Membership Fee of $30, which is payable upon enrollment at Metro Gymnastics Center. Other Membership and/or Registration Fees that apply to MYPS, REACHING NEW HEIGHTS AND GYMNASTICS TEAMS can be found in the specific program’s handbook!

For MiniMover and Recreational Gymnastics Classes: Ongoing Monthly School Year Enrollment

  • Enrollment for classes is ongoing month-to-month throughout the school year session (Sept-Mid June).
  • Payment is due on the 1st day of each month. If payment is not received BY the 7th of each month, the credit card on file will automatically be charged.
  • Payment with cash, check, or a different credit card can be made before the 7th of the month.
  • A month is calculated at 4 classes per month; some months your child may receive an extra class. Because of this method, holidays are not prorated.
  • NO REFUNDS or CREDITS are given with the exception of extended illness or injury. Credit Adjustments remain on accounts indefinitely.  NO CASH, CHECK, or CREDIT CARD refunds will be given.

For Team, Dance, Magic Years Preschool, Reaching New Heights, Club Metro and Roots

  • Enrollment for classes is ongoing month-to-month throughout the school year session (Sept-Mid June).
  • Payment is due on the 1st day of each month. If payment is not received BY the 6th of each month, the credit card on file will automatically be charged.
  • Payment with cash, check, or a different credit card can be made before the 7th of the month.
  • A month is calculated at 4 classes per month; some months your child may receive an extra class. Because of this method, holidays are not prorated.
  • NO REFUNDS or CREDITS are given with the exception of extended illness or injury. Credit Adjustments remain on accounts indefinitely.  NO CASH, CHECK, or CREDIT CARD refunds will be given.

Make Ups

  • Children enrolled for DANCE, MINIMOVERS, OR RECREATIONAL CLASSES are allowed to make up ONLY 1 class per month, regardless of the number of classes missed.
  • THERE ARE NO MAKEUP CLASSES FOR MYPS, REACHING NEW HEIGHTS, CLUB METRO, OR ROOTS
  • NO REFUNDS or CREDITS are given with the exception of extended illness or injury. Credit Adjustments remain on accounts indefinitely.

Withdrawal / Cancellation from Classes

  • To WITHDRAW FROM CLASS, a written WITHDRAWAL NOTICE must be submitted no later than the LAST class of the current month.  
  • Cancellation ON OR AFTER the 1st day of the new month will result in a $25.00 CANCELLATION FEE that will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • If a class is DROPPED AFTER the new month is in progress, you remain responsible for the full month of classes. NO CASH, CHECK or CREDIT CARD refunds will be given.
