Tips for setting up and logging in...

1. The login/registration tool below works best on Safari, IE and Firefox browsers. If you use Google Chrome you will experience performance issue. Please use one of the browsers mentioned above for best results.

2. Ensure that your email address correct.

 

3. Add app.jackrabbitclass.com to list of secured sites from within your Browser.

 

4. Using IE9? If so, you may need to adjust Privacy Settings to prevent the Portal login from timing out. To fix the settings for IE9, go to Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > Advanced settings, and there, make sure both First Party and Third Party cookies are set to "Accept" and also that "Always allow session cookies" is checked.

Downloadable Forms & Waivers

• Download the Metro Gymnastics Adult Release of Liability Waiver form - To be completed by all adults of participating students. Required for Birthday Parties.
• Download the Metro Gymnastics Minor Release of Liability Waiver (Birthday Parties) - To be completed for each party participant by guardian / adult.
• Download the Magic Years Pre-School Registration Form (This is a pre-registration form only. Students are also required to complete the Minor Release of Liability Waiver, Adult Release of Liability Waiver and Photo Release & Consent Form.)
  

Gym Membership Fee

An annual Metro Gymnastics Center Membership Fee of $30 per family is required during enrollment each fall or upon initial registration. The fee is good through August of each year. The Membership Fee allows Metro members discounts for Metro activities.

Tuition / Enrollment Policy

Tuition is due by the 5th of each new 8-week session. Statements are sent only for past due accounts. If tuition is not paid by the 5th of each session, a $10 late charge will be applied to your account payable upon receipt. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as methods for payment. We DO NOT automatically charge your card each session. A $25 NSF Fee will be charged to your account for a returned check.

 

Sessions are run on an 8-week tuition period and all classes are ongoing. Once a child is registered for a class he/she will automatically be rolled over to the next session unless the front desk is notified that your child is dropping. This automatic roll over is effective September-June of each school year. (Summer is a separate registration from the school year schedule.) Session dates are posted at the front desk and in each of our Metro Newsletters.

 

Magic Years Preschool and Metro Dance Academy class payments are due by the 1st of each month, and are considered past due after the 5th of each month. A $10.00 late fee will be charged to all late accounts.

 

• Refunds are only authorized for reasons of injury or prolonged illness.
• There is a $25 fee for returned checks.

Tuition Discounts

Total tuition for students enrolled in multiple classes, or for multiple students enrolled from the same family, will be discounted 10 percent.

Past Due Accounts

If your account is not paid by the 5th of each 8 week session a statement will be sent asking you to bring your account current upon receipt. If you receive a late notice and feel it is in error, immediately call our office. Your account is important to us and sometimes errors can occur. We are happy to work with you to correct your account.

Absence & Dropping

If for any reason, you need to drop a class, please inform us at the front office. If absent from class two weeks in a row, without informing the front office, the student will automatically be dropped from the class.

Cancellation Policy

ALL session payments are due 2 weeks PRIOR to the next sessions start date.  If you* CANCEL classes less than 7 days prior to your 1st class, a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged to your account, and you will be asked to pay this fee. If you have paid for the session, the balance of the session tuition that has been previously paid, will be applied as a CREDIT to your Metro Account (not refunded to your credit card). This CREDIT can be used for any future class or event.(NO CASH, CHECK or CREDIT CARD refunds will be given)

Make-Ups

Since we plan and provide a place for your child, missed classes will not be deducted from your tuition. If you know your child will be absent, please call the front office to schedule a make-up class. Two make-ups lessons per 8- week session will be permitted, regardless of the number of classes missed.

 

1 makeup per class enrolled in, will be allowed per month for Dance classes.

Change of Information

Please notify the front desk of any changes to your customer information. (address, phone number, emergency contact, name, etc.)
